Food, glorious food!
Highlighting your holiday adventures is fun.
Fun for both the teller of the tale and the listener so...
Each month Journey Jottings holds
a themed travelling tales competition on our Facebook Page ~
Entries are open for just a couple of weeks, when we upload all the stories to a blog post (or two) with either your photos, or we have the fun of browsing beautiful travel images to illustrate it with an image that conveys your story.
In previous months we've covered the following themes:
- Favourite Travelling Tales
- Crazy, Stupid & Scary Travelling Tales
- Fathers ~ Travelling tales with your father or about your father (as it was Fathers Day on Sept 5th)
- Music ~ You've heard in far flung places, or never leave home without
- Christmas Travelling Tales
THIS MONTH...
being so close to the December festive season where we have all been feasting and making merry,
and New Years resolutions, which so often involve diets ~ the theme is:
*FOOD*

What horrendous 'foods' have passed your lips?
What gastronomic delights have you savoured on your travels from around the world?
As 2011 starts to kick in share your foodie fables
